Thank you Denise!
1. How would you describe your running 10 years ago?
Not existant. 10 years ago I was in college and more focused on socializing and studying than health.
2. What is your best and worst run/race experience?
My best race experience has probably been the triathlon I finished last week. It was brutal but I finished stronger than I started. My worst experience was by far my first marathon attempt. I DNF'd at mile 23. Seriously.
3. Why do you run?
I run because I love it. Simple as that. It is my church. It is my reflection room. It is my think tank. It is my shrink, my love, my friend. It is as much a part of me as my left arm. Running completes me.
4. What is the best or worst piece of advice you've been given about running?
Worst - Faster is always better. Best - Hydrate, hydrate before a long run. <--- Ditto to both!
5. Tell us something surprising about yourself that not many people would know.
Hmmm... not much left on this subject. I think people know me pretty well!
