I joined WW on 4/10. Now.. as of 4/23 I am down 6lbs - which means taht I have earned my first milestone star - the 5lbs lost star. *geeked*
My mini goals are to be down by 15lbs by Memorial Day, down 10% of my start weight by July 4th, and down 30 lbs by my birthday, August 11th.
I feel good and strong, and motivated! SO far so good.
Well, off to run.. oh yes you heard me... RUN.. before hitting the gym for legs and shoulders.
