Went to the gym (actaully met Mike there), did 10 minutes of cardio then almost 35 minutes of strength training. I really feel the workout, and Mike is there to spot and comment on my form while I work out, and visa versa.
:) I just weanted to sasy that I am proud!
Tomorrow - Legs and shoulder, with some cardio at the start. ;) I am going to sneak in some bonus cardio during the day by walking around the office or even going for a walk outide if it is nice enough.
