Hmmm? Whaaaat? Did I say 70.3 in 09? Oh, I guess that I did. Well then. I will be heading to Steelhead to complete my first 70.3 distance race a mere week before I turn 31. This is my final biatch slap to my 20's.

Congratulations. 70.3 is a long way, but doable and I know you can do it. Funny that Whirlpool is the sponsor. A Tri is a lot like doing your laundry. First you put it in the wash (swim), then you spin out most of the water (bike), then you dry (run).
