Why you ask? I did 3 miles last night and it felt good. No iPod, no Garmin, just me and myself running wild through Novi. I don't even know my time or pace, but hey I don't really care. I did it. I did learn some valuable lessons out there. Such as do not eat a huge dinner and only allow yourself 1 hour before running. It does not feel good almost loosing your cookies on the run!

You' re learning some valuable lessosns. Sometimes you need to just get out and run! It's the KISS method.
I have to leave at least 2 hours between food intake and running; otherwise, I get gassy and I'm burping my way through a run.
