WOW it is hot-o-la out there! Hope everyone is staying cool today.
A local radio station - Channel955 - was discussing this morning on the Mojo in the Morning show that people who jog or run in this weather are doing it strictly for vanity sake. Not so much! There is nothing vain in sweating like a pig!
So if you are running today - head inside or stay hydrated!
