Weekend re-cap

So this Saturday - the 19th - I ran 3.11 miles to gage how I am doing. One word - SLOW. It was humid and I did a huge hilly route, so I do take those into consideration.

I rested for a bit then went back out and did another 2 miles. Much better, as humidty was much less.

Sunday I did 40 minutes of Pilates, and 15 minutes of Yoga.

Tonight I am doing an hour of Pilates, and then some strength training. Tomorrow is a 3.5 mile run.

Huge hilly route!!!!! Remember, half of that hill is your friend. Just figure out which half.
