Make a list as to why I am doing the Ironman. Laminate that sucker and paste it in my training dungeon, in my car, in my office, at the fridge, in the bathroom and on every mirror in the house. Less than half of a year away is the largest race of my life. Now is the time that I need to buckle down and make more deposits than withdrawals.
